    Barnaby Robson — Creative Director/Writer

    Barnaby’s creative work spans performance, composition, writing and production. He toured internationally as Principal Clarinet of the Philharmonia Orchestra before joining ENO in London’s theatreland, performing in Olivier Award-winning productions and broadcasts for Sky Arts and the BBC.

    His screen and recording credits range from The Theory of Everything and the Knives Out trilogy to sessions with Harry Styles and releases on Sony and Hyperion. As a composer and producer, Barnaby creates music for film, television and radio, with recent credits including The Traitors (UK & US) and original scores commissioned by Mammoth Screen, Hat Trick Productions and Universal.

    He holds an MSc in Performance Science and contributes regularly to arts publications and podcasts.

    Martin Cantwell — Sound Designer

    Martin Cantwell is a BAFTA-winning sound designer, recognised for his work on Casino Royale. At the heart of his craft is a passion for recording original sonic elements and composing signature sound effects, enabling him to deliver creative, sympathetic, and distinctive soundtracks for film, television, commercials, games, and corporate productions.

    Martin has contributed to over 100 productions, including The Witcher , House of the Dragon, Hellboy, The Art of Racing in the Rain, and Baby Driver. His extensive credits further include Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, Enemy at the Gates, Brighton Rock, Salmon Fishing in the Yemen, and both Kingsman films.

    Mark Davis — Writer/Director

    Mark cuts long-form drama for Netflix, Apple, Disney+, Amazon, Sky, and UK terrestrial channels. High-end flagship television credits include The Crown, Peaky Blinders, Sherlock, Taboo, Gangs of London, 1000 Blows, Constellation, Unforgotten and The Girlfriend.

    Mark has written and directed several award-winning shorts and co-produced/directed the feature film 4.3.2.1, which was released by Universal and sold to nineteen territories by Icon. He has delivered call-to-action films for Greenpeace, Global Goals, Oxfam, and World Animal Protection as well as directed music videos for artists such as James Blunt, Funeral for a Friend and The Corrs.

    As writer/director, Mark has just completed a sci-fi thriller, The Dark Channel.

    Amalie Kvame Holm — Communications & Audience

    Amalie began her career as a journalist, reporting human stories from India and Norway before moving into senior communications roles. She has since led campaigns on issues ranging from climate change to global sustainability, including at the University of Oslo, always aiming to make challenging concepts clear, engaging, and accessible.

    At Gloamlight Media, she brings this experience to drama and storytelling — leading communications to ensure our productions connect with audiences who already know our work, as well as those discovering it for the first time.
